Test screenings are a way to gauge audience reaction before a film opens nationwide. Opinions are sought on a variety of topics, including the film’s poster, trailer, soundtrack and screenplay.

As soon as a screening is set up in your area, we will send you an email to inform you of the date, time, and place. You will find out the movie’s title only on the evening of the screening. Once you have confirmed your presence, simply show up at the movie theater. Needless to say, admission is free.

The evening is split into two parts. Participants are first given a survey designed to evaluate their perception before seeing the film and their general appreciation of the promotional material. Once the film has been shown, a second survey is distributed, this time asking participants to rate various aspects of the film: the actors, the screenplay, the music, etc. Each questionnaire takes about 10 minutes to fill.

Please note that we reserve the right, for statistical reasons, to turn down some of the people who have registered for these screenings.
